About This Product
Overview
Taking a mahogany coffin as the main body, with a carved black cross standing on it, skeletal hands gripping the rim and roses winding through, this is a gothic dark-style collectible.
Design
The red coffin has a heavy, lacquered look, and the black cross is covered in vintage carving with red roses at its top and arms. A pair of bone-white hands clutch the rim as if breaking out of the coffin — thoroughly theatrical.
Highlights
The hands breaking out of the coffin are the standout idea: a static model caught mid-action. The carved cross and rose ornament add layered detail, and the dark atmosphere is thick.
Story
The coffin and cross come from the classic imagery of vampire culture, standing for sleep and rebirth, while the winding roses suggest love entwined with death — a tribute to an enduring theme in dark literature.
Details
Shaped pieces form the cross carving for fine patterning. The skeletal fingers have defined joints and natural poses. The coffin body is rigid and sits level on a desk or in a display cabinet.
